Architecture and functional solution of the building was based on the requirements of the investor and the technical references to the type of activity that will take place. The building has 56.5mx19.5m size, linear, based on the shape of the land, the technological line and the respect of distance from the boundary of the property. The maximum height is 10m from the quota of 0.00. The building will have a xokol of 30cm.
The layout of the building is simple, clean place to 19m wide, which will serve for storage and commercial activity of the manufacturer. It is also designed for environments and a service area. These facilities are at the service of the employees, in will be:
• office staff
• hall meetings
• Technical archive
• Personnel toilet
Access to the building is provided with three gates, a large frontal size to allow entry of trucks and their dismissal and two side gates. The ambient lighting with windows side realized that utilize tape spacing between columns. Coverage is also provided with sandwich facade coating is provided with sandwich panels.
Architectural appearance of the building is scheduled to give a presentation as modern and dynamic, this will be achieved by cutting mounted vertical angular glass windows, which divide the length of the building into four modules
