The building in question is the subject of architectural intervention - reconstruction.
This building is currently used as a commercial building.
By architectural appear in a miserable situation and inappropriate to its function being hampered commercial and service activity. It is situated in an urban situation already formed and a more determinant masshtab. The average height of floors in this segment is the 2nd floor.

On the subject construction of the system is presented as a constructive combination with retaining walls and beam-column system. As a result of this combination have emerged inevitably cracking walls and soletes. Also worth to be mentioned and degradation limit that has been building as a result of the poor quality of construction materials and atmospheric agents.

For the above reasons pemendura this facility will be undergoing emergency reconstruction and also will build an additional floor.
