The building has 75mx16m size has linear development, based on the shape of the land, the technological line and the respect of distance from the boundary of the property. The maximum height is 11.3M
The layout of the building is simple, clean place to 16m wide, which will serve for storage and commercial activity of the manufacturer.
Access to the building is provided with three gates, a front (northeast) with large size to allow entry of trucks and their dismissal and two side gates (in the southeast). The ambient lighting above windows realized by exploiting space tape between columns. Coverage is provided by the roof. Special consideration is paid and the netural ventilation facility. This is done by using the chimney effect by projecting roof with two levels. The space between the two levels of the roof will be always open. Ventilation will be controlled by the opening-closing side windows.
Facade coating is provided with sandwich panels, and the roof will also be realized by sandwich panels.
Architectural appearance of the building is foreseen to give a feeling of horizontality this will be achieved by the side panels mounted in the horizontal direction and hiding vatine it through a cover page wearing sandwich or tin.
