The facility is located in the Municipality Vaqarr, Vaqarr village, near the national road Tirana-Durres. its function is "+ RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL BUILDING 5K + 1K underground"
The building is designed to have a game of volumes and harmonious balconies console. Volumes are proportional to each other and in their entirety bring unity being harassed with flexible linear movement in the horizontal plane as well as in the vertical plane. The object takes a substantially vertical spreading, to break the verticality of the building are used compositional element as consoles.
