Project

Land located in the town of Himara, near the pier. It has a surface of 900 m² and has a favorable position by scenic. Square building is located on a hill near the pier, the landscape is rugged and sloping digits. In the northern part is subhorizontal square (in the form of a plateau), while in the southern part starts breaking ground which descends until the coast. Access to the square is realized through the motorway, on the north side, and pedonalisht through the steps on the south side.
The hill is rich with vegetation, there are mainly pine and low shrubs Mediterranean.
     Based on the customer requirements are designed two residential buildings 2 and 1/2 kt, which is conducted as follows:


Complex designed consists of two buildings, which are oriented north-south against each other. Building A is situated in the north, with 110.5m2 surface stain, the object B is located in the south, with 70m2 surface stain. The plan positioning is defined in the urban planning layout, positioning and altimeter it is conditioned by the morphology of the terrain. Building A is located at the top, using the terrain subhorizontal, while building B sinks into the ground by using the slope of the terrain and leaving the facility clean view A.
Building A consists of four apartments, two apartments per floor. Each apartment has separate entrance to specifically directed by the access road ways or pedestrian.
On the ground floor are two apartments 1 + 1. Each of these apartments consisting of day area comprising stayed, cooking, where eating and chimney which are oriented to the south and areas of night and services comprising bedroom and toiletries, which are oriented north.
On the first floor there are two apartments, one 1 + 1 and 2 + 1 . Each of the apartments has a special entrance with special scale, oriented specifically by modes of road or pedestrian access. Apartment 1 + 1 consisting of day area comprising stayed, cooking, where eating and chimney which are oriented to the south and areas of night and services comprising bedroom and toiletries, which are oriented north.
Apartment 2 + 1 arranged on two floors (duplex type). On the first floor is the day area comprising stayed, chimney, where eating and cooking special.
Passed through the stairs on the second floor (which is the half floor) where the night area comprising two bedrooms, toilet and veranda. One of the rooms is with gardarobe metrimoniale.

 This facility is designed to have a game of volumes and harmonious balconies console. Volumes are proportional to each other and in their entirety bring unity being harassed with flexible linear movement in the horizontal plane as well as in the vertical plane. Mainly it takes a stretch target horzontale, this note and through the lines that create the balconies. In particular, given that the object is to respect the nature around becoming an integral part of its greenness without prejudice, but brings it by turning it as part of the facility itself and its volumes.

  
Building B consists of three apartments, two 1 + 1 and a 2 + 1. Two apartments in this building are organized in height (duplex).
On the ground floor there is access to only one paratement 1 + 1 consisting of area comprising stayed day and eating that are oriented toward the south. The night area comprising bedroom oriented south. Service area comprising cooking and toiletries oriented north.
The first floor has access to only one apartment 1 + 1. The apartment is organized in two of this, on the first floor is the living area consisting of vent, cooking, eating, and the ground floor is the night area consisting of a master bedroom with gardarobe.
On the second floor there is access to only one apartment 2 + 1. The apartment is organized in two of this, on the first floor is the living area consisting of vent, cooking, eating and on the first floor is night area consisting of two bedrooms.

By volumetric this facility is in full harmony with the object as a just and terrain. Volumetric  game as continuity is the first facility in order to not differentiate but to create a fluid fusion of the first object and terrain
